Refund Policy for Pictures Purchase
All sales are final. No refund is possible once the payment has been validated.
Before any transaction, all pictures can be previewed directly on the photographer’s iPad.
By validating the payment, you confirm that:
- You have seen and reviewed the pictures,
- You are satisfied with the selection,
- You agree to purchase them as-is.
Once the download link has been issued and sent to the customer, no refunds, cancellations, or changes will be accepted under any circumstance.

Delivery Policy (Digital only)
Your photo package will be delivered digitally via email or download link. Delivery is completed within 48 hours after your payment is confirmed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. For any issues, you can contact our team via the contact details below.
